Biography
Maggie began her legal career in 2001 as a matrimonial attorney in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Maggie relocated to New York City in 2004 where she was admitted to practice in 2005. Maggie routinely appears in Supreme Court and Family Court handling matters related to divorce, custody, child support, visitation and equitable distribution.

Maggie is experienced in both negotiating and drafting separation, divorce, custody and support agreements, as well as pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Maggie has extensive experience in working with high net worth clients, complex financial matters and high conflict divorces.

Maggie is a compassionate and understanding advocate with a proven track record in settling cases, while being prepared to litigate them when necessary.

Maggie's reputation in the matrimonial community earned her the designation of Top 50 Women 2021 New York Metro Super Lawyers, 2021

Maggie is an active participant in the Matrimonial Neutral Evaluation program. She is frequently selected by attorneys actively engaged in litigation to help resolve matters outside of the court system.
